Your complete satisfaction with our workmanship and service is our number one goal. If you are not completely satisfied please let us know at any time before, during or after service is completed. We will make every effort to address all of your concerns!

Compliance:

We endeavor to comply with all Federal, State and local laws and ordinances in the conduct of our business.

Fee Schedule:

Price quoted includes only those items included in the proposal “Scope of Work”.  We charge $80 per man hour and a $50 service charge. We offer 10% senior citizen and veteran discounts on all labor.

Permits:
If requested we will purchase the required permits for any specified work, however the customer is recommended to purchase their own permit. Most jurisdictions charge about $70-$100 for the first permit and a somewhat lower cost for any re-inpections if the first does not pass. It is highly recommended to contact your assigned inspector in advance of the work to gain awareness on any special local requirements not coverend by the National Electrical Code and answer any questions you may have. If we pull the permit we charge a flat $250 for the process in addition to the cost of the pemit(s). We make no guarantee a second re-permit may be required to complete the process and the customer is responsible for those costs, however we will cover the cost of any other re-inspections required beyond the second one.

Insurance:

We carry professional business liability insurance for the protection of our customers, their property, our company and its members & employees. Customers are encouraged to notify their insurance carriers at the commencement of all work on their property.

Payments:
All payments are usually cash on delivery. We accept either cash, check, PayPal, and all major credit cards. Credit cards require a convenience fee of 3% of the total invoice. Returned checks will incur a $25 returned check fee. In the case of a payment schedule, that schedule will be included on the “Proposal & Invoice” or additional “Proposal Worksheets”. Failure to meet the agreed payment schedule may result in either suspension of all work or the reclaiming of all installed parts and service to that point. It is agreed that title to all material required (as it applies to this proposal) remains the property of Solstice Electric LLC until all payments are received in full.
